Sessions include: stretching, basic alignment, core strength, thai massage, meditation and the sports bar and anti-oxidant buffet KUNDALINI Workshop Series Each workshop we will explore the many different facets of Kundalini Yoga. MUAY THAI Workshop Series Muay Thai, commonly referred to as kickboxing, is a martial art from Thailand. It complements Tae Kwon Do, focusing on low leg kicks, knee strikes, elbow strikes, work from the clinch and takedowns (offense & defense). Workshop instructor, Grant Pierce is a Muay Thai instructor under Prida “Kak” Koonala, and has over a decade of Muay Thai training, competition and teaching experience. He is also a 2nd Degree Tae Kwon Do Black Belt. Muay Thai is one of the more popular stand up styles preferred by modern day MMA practitioners. In this workshop you will learn:

Workshop instructor, Bruce Hughes is a seasoned martial artist whose credentials include: Westminster HS Wrestling CIF Finalist, Antelope Valley Judo Club Brown Belt, Machado Brother's Blue Belt, Fabiano Iha Purple Belt, Okinawa-te Brown Belt & American Kick Boxing.
