MARTIAL ARTS

Our martial arts program for adults is well-rounded and includes Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Jiu Jitsu and the Action Strength attribute development system.

All of our classes are conducted in a respectful setting, emphasizing self-improvement through discipline, focus and a strong work ethic. We provide a family-like environment that is encouraging and supportive of everyone being at their best. Great for men and women of all ages!

TAE KWON DO

Tae Kwon Do is a traditional and practical martial art that originated in Korea and translates literally as, way of the foot and fist.  Put simply it is a system of kickboxing but Tae Kwon Do also holds a much deeper meaning beyond that of its literal translation;  it implies discipline, control and connection (or harmony) of the body, mind and spirit.  Tae Kwon Do is a traditional martial art and also a practical method of self defense.   

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is a system of kicks, punches, elbow and knee strikes.  Our curriculum blends Muay Thai, Western Boxing and some of the traditional systems.

We incorporate the most effective of modern training principles while maintaining a close connection to our roots; blending the traditional with the practical. Training can be intense and challenging, however beginners are comfortably offered the opportunity to start slow and grow into a full pace. 

We've got you covered whether your goal is to learn self-defense, be in shape while having fun, cross-train for other athletics, and/or to become a high level competitor.
