Each week will include a thoughtfully sequenced flow designed to increase flexibility, expand active range of motion, strengthen complex muscle groups, build balance, relieve joint discomfort, heal injuries, develop breath control, rest, recover and to utilize the mind as an ally!

YOUR TEACHER AND YOU

Your teacher, Jenna Cassidy is a certified 450-Hour RYT trained in a broad range of yoga disciplines and functional movement. She is also a devoted martial artist, having earned a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She will be able to address the needs of those just being introduced to yoga, active athletes looking for ways to improve performance and the devoted yogi ready to share their practice with us.

With options and modifications for all levels, this workshop is perfect for everyone; from the beginner to advanced practitioner!

DO IT FOR YOURSELF

You can expect to complete this series with a stronger mind-body connection, improved understanding of body mechanics, greater functional mobility, reduced aches and pains, and an increased sense of personal vitality.

Forty-five minutes of asana & vinyasa
Twenty-five minutes of restorative (including savasana)
Ten minutes of optional Q & A

Our last session in March & April was a hit… You asked for more and so we're back… with gratitude!

Join us for this four-week long special series!

Through practice, learn how vinyasa, or linking breath with movement, helps us to align by preparing our bodies and calming the mind.

We will touch on the Yoga Sutras and 8 Limbs of Yoga, though most of the series will be movement and meditation in practice.

Classes are appropriate for all experience levels.

We will have minimum and maximum participant numbers so please reserve your spot by registering now!

WHEN:

Mondays & Wednesdays at 915am

One hour of vinyasa
Fifteen minutes of meditation
