Lil' Panthers - Ages 3.5 to 5, 6 or 7

All our youth programs fill up fast so scheduling ahead is highly recommended. Getting started is easy. Your child's trial class is always free. Contact us for details and scheduling.

Our youth programs are all age-specific and built upon decades of collective family experience; Jacob Cho, co-founder and owner of Cho’s Academy, and his father, Grandmaster Hee Il Cho. Both are lifetime martial artists.

We’re committed to providing our youth students with the tools and abilities to defend themselves, thrive and succeed through childhood development, and to grow into strong, happy and conscientious young men and women.

Track A - Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:10pm
Track B - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:10pm (off for summer - resumes on 9/10/19)

Our Lil’ Panthers Program is very age-specific and offers a healthy balance of both mental and physical development. For this young age group the emphasis is on cultivating listening skills, attention-span, focus, comprehension, confidence, motor-skills, coordination, strength, flexibility and more. Rudimentary techniques from several systems, including Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu and Yoga are taught so that students develop an understanding of basic concepts and movements. Our curriculum also helps to reinforce character development by regularly communicating messages of good behavior, respect, self-control, courtesy, manners and earnest efforts.

For this age group, students are challenged but at appropriate times, are also encouraged to be playful and have fun.

Our classes offer a structured, positive and healthy environment that help kids get a strong start on life. Children begin to develop habits everyday. Let us help yours to develop the right ones.

This program offers a transitioned entry into our older kid's Youth Tae Kwon Do program, which is a full comprehensive martial arts course.
