We're always happy to meet others who share our passion for the martial arts and yoga.

Please inquire if interested in adding a class or scheduling a workshop.

Our facility is family-friendly and outfitted with all the equipment that's needed for martial arts and yoga. The floors are matted which is safe for kids, perfect for martial arts and offers comfortable support for yoga and meditation.  

We're just across the street from beautiful Wood's Cove in Laguna Beach, an ideal location for classes and events. Laguna Beach is located in south Orange County with easy access from Newport Beach, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, San Clemente, Huntington Beach and Irvine.

We have a simple application process and do require that you be genuine in what you offer.
