INTRODUCE YOUR CHILD TO MARTIAL ARTS and self defense IN a fun and safe setting!!

Introduce your child to the martial arts and self defense in a safe, fun and engaging setting.

Expert instructors will introduce your children to a variety of disciplines that address self-defense, and self-care. Each day is finished off with beach time!!

Our martial arts summer camps are loads of fun and educational.

Daily Schedule:

Drop off at the academy

  • 09:00-09:15am — Sign-in and Settle in

  • 09:15-09:45am — Warm-Up Games and Stretch/Yoga (Ashtanga-Inspired Flow)

  • 09:45-10:00am — Water Break

  • 10:00-11:15am — Skills Training (see below for details)

  • 11:15-12:15pm — Lunch (you provide sack lunch, we provide water)

  • 12:15-01:30pm — Beach Time Across the Street (we will provide fresh fruit and water)

Pick up across the street at Wood’s Cove beach (walking distance - two blocks)

Skills Training Outline:

Our camp will introduce kids to both the striking and grappling arts.

Monday and Tuesday will be focused on striking - Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai and Boxing

Wednesday and Thursday will be focused on Wrestling, Judo and Jiu Jitsu

Friday will be the week in review

Each day will include Yoga as well as western style sports stretching

Jacob Cho and Jason Bukich, both lifelong martial artists and black belts will be the lead instructors. Click the names to learn more about each teacher. We will also invite guest instructors.
