This is an online-only program, offering live interactive fitness classes based on martial arts training. The program is perfect for those staying at home due to COVID-19 or homeschooling and in need of an alternate option for P.E. class.

Classes are fun, interactive, challenging and engaging. Students will learn a limited series of martial arts skills and habits, including mindset, manners, self-respect and -care, and fundamental self-defense techniques and concepts (shadow-boxing, etc). Each class will include warm-ups, cardio and strength training, stretching and technical skills practice. Short talks about strength of character will be woven into each class, ie the value of integrity, work-ethic, humility, respect and self-discipline.

The 35-minute format is perfect for maintaining a child’s focus, getting in a solid workout and leaving students excited about coming back.

Class sizes are managed so that they’re as interactive as needed to keep students engaged. We will add classes with demand.

Belts and uniforms are not required… no equipment is necessary. Again, this is a fitness class based on martial arts training.
